Position Overview
As the Leasing Professional, you'll assist in managing leasing, sales, and marketing efforts at your designated community, ensuring adherence to Core Spaces standards. Your role encompasses supporting the team with lease administration, overseeing daily operations in the leasing office, and executing crucial tasks that support the overall team. Your role is vital in the overall organization and efficiency of keeping the leasing office running smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Execute guided tours of the property to potential residents and learn about their preferences in a community
- Ensure follow-up with potential residents through emails and phone calls
- Assist in the completion of any leasing and marketing reports
- Assist in-house events as well as outreach marketing coordination
- Support managing leasing office operations and leasing office staff as necessary
- Uphold brand and company standards, ensuring that the property is consistently presented in an exceptional manner
- Collaborate with the New Development Mission Control team on special projects and assignments
Other:
- Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule
- Must be available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary
- Must be available to assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hours
- Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job. This may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday.
Ideally, You'll Have
- Experience in sales, property management, marketing, or related fields
- Energetic, imaginative, and enthusiastic, adept at articulating a compelling vision and securing leases effectively
- Proficient in Office Products and Windows and Apple operating systems
You'll crush it if you have experience with
- Student housing experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide others
- Experience with Entrata software
