Pharmacy Benefits Consulting: Managing pharmacy benefits can be complicated, but the NFP Rx Fellowship Program offers a unique setting to develop tomorrow's Pharmacy Benefit leaders.
Hands on Experience
- Work alongside CVS, Express Scripts, and OptumRx
- Respond to drug information inquiries from key plan sponsors
- Pharmacy benefits contracting and drug pricing development
- Maintain and develop clinical criteria
Drug Informatics: Fellows partner with NFP Analytics team to harness pharmacy claims data and create interactive, publishable dashboards that uncover drug pricing
trends and deep industry insights:
- Data extraction & collaboration
- Develop key inflation trends
- Data visualization and storytelling
- Publication and dissemination
Academic Leadership and Leadership Development
- Student Precepting: Lead your former classmates as they develop a knowledge around Pharmacy Benefits Consulting
- Leadership Series: Interact each month with PBM leaders across the industry developing your understanding far beyond what you think is possible
- Capstone Project: Original research around cutting edge topics changing Healthcare
Program Details: At NFP Rx, our Pharmacists are the front door to our organization. Our ability to develop the leading clinical talent in a constantly changing industry is what helps us stand out as the leading provider of Pharmacy Benefits consulting in the industry. - 12 Month Program
- Annual Salary: $100,000

The base salary range for this position is $81,000.00 – $100,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
