Join Our Team as an Office Specialist!Looking for a role where your organization, multitasking, and people skills truly make a difference? Join our team supporting mental health and substance use programs, where every detail you manage helps improve lives.

As our Office Specialist, you'll be the engine that keeps our programs running smoothly. From coordinating schedules and supporting staff, to managing records and organizing key events-you'll play a critical role in ensuring our teams can focus on what matters most: serving individuals in our community.

What You'll Do:
  • Keep daily operations running efficiently with strong administrative support
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and manage multiple priorities with ease
  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, interviews, and special events
  • Support onboarding to create a welcoming experience for new hires
  • Facilitate clear communication across teams, including scheduling and updates
  • Manage purchasing, inventory, and basic financial processes
  • Help oversee office resources, transportation coordination, and program supports (including food pantry efforts)
  • Deliver professional, responsive customer service to staff and community partners

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator with a team-first mindset
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
