Job Description
As our Office Specialist, you'll be the engine that keeps our programs running smoothly. From coordinating schedules and supporting staff, to managing records and organizing key events-you'll play a critical role in ensuring our teams can focus on what matters most: serving individuals in our community.
What You'll Do:
- Keep daily operations running efficiently with strong administrative support
- Maintain accurate electronic records and manage multiple priorities with ease
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, interviews, and special events
- Support onboarding to create a welcoming experience for new hires
- Facilitate clear communication across teams, including scheduling and updates
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and basic financial processes
- Help oversee office resources, transportation coordination, and program supports (including food pantry efforts)
- Deliver professional, responsive customer service to staff and community partners

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with a team-first mindset
- Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
