Our Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals team oversees our chemical technology solutions for hydrocarbon production, transportation, and processing. We are a leader in oil and water separation technology and in solutions to control corrosion, deposition, bacteria. We provide chemicals and support to enhance plant processes, improve productivity, manage water treatment, and resolve environmental issues.
Play a role in on-time delivery to customers
The Global Asset Leader will optimize usage and spend to reduce O&IC OPEX
You will be responsible for:
Creating and implementing PL OPEX and asset utilization strategies that are aligned to the OFSE HQ materials management strategies
Monitoring mobile assets and global assets spend to ensure spend is aligned to working capital commitments
Developing and implementing utilization and efficiency strategies around our mobile asset fleet (includes ISOs, Stainless Steel Totes, etc...)
Working with strategic sourcing, regional operations, and local parties to work through contractual renews, new business requirements and yearly allocation procedures
Ensuring compliance to all Inventory and Asset compliance Policies are adhered to
Phasing in new assets and develop plans for effectively managing replaced assets

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field and equivalent experience
Have 8+ years of experience in program management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management or any related field within supply chain
Have knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality (preferred)
Be able to work with and influence stakeholders
Be excited by and demonstrate an ability to learn new processes and applications
Have strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency
APICS Certification (preferred)
