Summary: The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, supporting and executing operational activities across a variety of channels. This individual must demonstrate a high standard of professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The statements below are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to do this job. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and duties and employees will be expected to perform other duties as assigned or required.
- Prepare meeting materials and client deliverables
- Utilize software for report creation
- Set and confirm consultant’s appointments
- Coordinate with service providers to obtain necessary information
- Answer and refers phone inquiries
- Manage/update databases
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Accurate typing skills
- Capacity to respond appropriately to clients and escalate issues to management if necessary
- Ability to apply problem-solving skills to complete tasks
- Must work well in team environment with a positive attitude
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and/or other computer software systems
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $57,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
