Our partisan advertising client is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organization that is focused on clients in the nonprofit, advocacy, and grassroots political space. This position is full-time and remote.
The ideal candidate is passionate about working with mission-driven organizations. You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day optimization and execution of paid media campaigns, as well as managing multi-channel campaigns.
The client has offices in DC and New York and this person may have to travel for a client event or training.
Requirements of the Paid Media Specialist:
Launch and optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Bing, and Verizon DSP
Manage the day-to-day execution of 3-5 campaigns
Execute multi-channel paid media campaigns
Align media strategy with client goals: fundraising, awareness, advocacy, and persuasion
Analyze data, report insights, and recommend improvements
Conduct A/B testing
Own measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking
Collaborate with internal teams and clients as a platform expert
Stay ahead of digital trends and foster media partner relationships.
Requirements of the Paid Media Specialist:
A minimum of 2 years in hands-on media buying across digital channels.
Expert knowledge of paid media platforms and analytics tools
Detail-oriented with strong QA and trafficking skills
Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google and Bing Ads, Google Campaign Manager 360, and the Verizon Media DSP
Experience providing recommendations based on campaign results and date
