Our client, a digital marketing agency specializing in the healthcare space, is looking for a Paid Media Specialist with strong technical campaign execution skills to join their team in a full-time.
This is a fully remote role focused on the operational side of paid media campaigns. The Paid Media Specialist will work closely with senior team members to build, launch, and maintain multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results for healthcare clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys working directly in ad platforms, and wants to master the technical aspects of campaign production.
Paid Media Specialist Responsibilities:
Build and deploy paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, DSPs (StackAdapt), and streaming audio (Pandora/Spotify)
Ensure technical integrity by setting up and testing conversion tracking, audience lists, and campaign tagging for accurate data collection
Assist with routine optimizations such as bid adjustments, budget pacing, and ad rotations based on best practices
Pull and organize campaign data for weekly and monthly reporting, supporting foundational analysis for performance insights
Collaborate with strategists and senior team members to ensure flawless execution of campaigns
Paid Media Specialist Requirements:
1-2 years of hands-on experience building and managing campaigns within digital advertising platforms
Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, and familiarity with DSPs and streaming audio platforms
Solid understanding of conversion tracking implementation and basic web analytics principles (e.g., Google Tag Manager, platform pixels)
Ability to pull and organize campaign data for reporting purposes
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
