Financial tech client is seeking a Paid Social Manager to work with their team. This is a 40 hour/week, 6-month, contract opportunity, with the possibility for extension. This is a hybrid role and will require onsite work in San Jose on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (no flexibility).
The ideal candidate is a performance driven paid social marketer with strong LinkedIn and Facebook experience, a B2B (ideally SaaS) background, and exposure to FinTech or financial/accounting industries, who is comfortable working with Salesforce and enterprise-level reporting and BI tool, especially Tableau, to tie campaign performance back to pipeline and business impact.
Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience managing paid social; LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social accounts
- Experience specifically in B2B marketing; ideally SAAS
- Experience in FinTech or the financial/accounting industry
- Experience with CRM systems; especially Salesforce
- Experience with Enterprise reporting and BI tools - especially Tableau
- Practical knowledge and understanding of paid social platforms (Facebook/LinkedIn), how to setup campaigns, create audiences, and strategize
- Analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards data-based decision making
- Excel/Google Sheets experience in data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience in landing page optimization, ad, and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day of paid social, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, optimizing for lead and pipeline generation
- Identify trends in data, utilizing tools like platform data, Salesforce, and Tableau, as well as in the market, to optimize spend and performance-based insights
- Set up and optimize campaigns, ad sets, audiences, ads, bids, exclusions, A/B tests, and more
- Assist other paid managers in various paid platforms by executing tasks, campaign maintenance, pulling data, analyzing reports, and enhancing performance
- Oversee campaign budgets and performance for all paid advertising channels
- Stay up to date on product releases, betas, marketing trends, strategies in the industry that can benefit advertising channels
- Analyze reports, data, performance trends and recommending the necessary changes to work towards improving performance
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
