Paid Social Marketing Manager

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with the Paid Social agency to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Originals, Brand initiatives, and Subscriber Acquisition.
  • Manage daily media operations and quality assurance, ensuring campaigns are flawlessly executed and deliver optimal results.
  • Collaborate with internal brand, creative, strategy, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Develop and refine targeting strategies, custom conversions, and pixel infrastructure to maximize performance.
  • Create performance reports and insightful analyses for key stakeholders, including wrap reports and weekly channel summaries.
  • Test and scale new paid social ad formats, placements, and platform innovations.
  • Support invoice processing, purchase order management, and media reconciliation across campaigns.
  • Seamlessly transition between title launches and evergreen acquisition or brand campaigns based on evolving business needs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, encompassing both direct response and brand marketing.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Proficiency in setting up and optimizing pixels, custom events, and dynamic landing pages.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced environments, either at an agency or in-house.
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively with shifting timelines and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks, reporting dashboards, and media documentation.
  • A collaborative team-player mindset, combined with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in entertainment, streaming, or a media/tech company.
  • Familiarity with similar platforms and tools.
  • Prior experience supporting Originals launches or subscriber-focused initiatives.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $68.57 to $76.19 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
