Schedule : Weekdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No on-call or weekend requirements)

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and motivated Physician specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive evaluations, diagnosing and treating a broad range of conditions, and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive medical examinations and review patient histories.
Diagnose and treat conditions within the scope of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or PM&R.
Manage pain management and urgent care cases in an outpatient setting.
Collaborate closely with the physician owner and clinical staff.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree & completion of residency
Active or eligible state medical license (will wait for issuance)
DEA certification (open to waiting for issuance)
Board Certification preferred but not required
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
