SEBRING INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY
This race track located in Sebring, Florida, is America’s oldest road racing track, with over six decades of storied history. It hosts the historic Twelve Hours of Sebring each year on the third Saturday of March on the 3.74-mile road course. The Twelve Hours of Sebring is one of the four endurance races on the IMSA schedule.
Sebring International Raceway seeks a part-time / event-based Gate Guard based in our Sebring, Florida racetrack.
This position is responsible for opening the facility gates, signing people into the track and closing and securing the facility at night.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Open and close gates of the facility.
Greet all people entering the facility and having them sign track waivers.
Responsible for keeping people out of unauthorized areas of the facility.
Communicate with Race Control to determine track activity and when track is in operation.
Collect paddock fee upon entry of the gate.
Required skills/experience:
High school diploma and at least 3 months of experience.
Ability to work independently in a faced paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends and work in all types of weather.
This position is a safety sensitive position and participates in the substance abuse drug testing program.
