Production Coordinator
Position Overview
Our retail client is looking for a Photo Studio Production Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting the photo studio production team to ensure smooth workflow and coordination between various departments. This position is essential for managing schedules, resources, and communication among team members, contributing to the successful execution of shoots.
This will be a 40 hour per week freelance role, on-site role in Columbus, OH, starting in early January and will last 4 to 5 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing production calendars and schedules
- Supporting production budgets and shoot budgets
- Helping coordinate the calendar and timeline
- Booking and managing models and freelancers
- Helping coordinate samples and product that comes to the studio
- Managing requests and tasks from stakeholders
- Managing invoices for any costs related to the studio
- Sample management
- Ensuring shoots stay on track
Qualifications
- Photo studio production experience
- Experience working in retail and ecommerce photo studios
- Has booked and managed models or freelancers
- Has coordinated a production calendar and managed a calendar
- Experience with studio budget tracking
- Experience managing production timelines and shoot timelines
- Experience managing invoices for models/freelancers and other production expenses
- Ability to project manage and coral different teams and people
- Experience managing schedules
- Experience managing samples and retail merchandise on set
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
