Job Description
$285 per onsite hour
$20 per on-call hour
Work Schedule:
Clinic or OR Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30p
On Call Details:
Off-hours Coverage: Contractor must make the Contractors provider(s) available on-call
during all hours when the Wilkes-Barre VAMC clinic is closed, including evenings,
weekends and holidays, when sheduled
On-call contractors provider(s) must be available at all times for phone consultations
with VA residents and physicians.
On-call provider must be available within 15 minutes by phone and on-site, within 60
minutes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Any active and unrestricted US state medical license will suffice.
Board of Anesthesiology (ABA)
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Contract is for one year with extensions likely. A minimum commitment of six months is required.
