Physician Clinic Triage Registered Nurse—BFIM

Job Duties: The Triage Nurse practices nursing care to patients for all ages via the telephone and patient portal by utilizing the nursing process, and exercising independent judgement based on established protocols for medical/health care information in accordance with the standards defined by the Nebraska State Board of Nursing. The basic functions include triage, providing information and education, identifying resources, consultation and referral, and appropriate follow-up activities. The Triage Nurse works closely with all members of the care team to effectively answer all concerns and/or questions.

Qualifications: Registered Nurse Degree. Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Nebraska. Current CPR/BLS.

Shift Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, day hours
