- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, no call
- Job Setting: Outpatient clinic only
- Types of Cases: 20-30 patient encounters per shift
- Credentialing: Temp privileges will be utilized
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible
- Certifications: BLS
- Licensure: IN
