Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

Location: Beloit, WI

Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Schedule: Optional 4-Day Work Week

PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE

Patient Demographics: Adults

Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes

Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Rheumatology, Autoimmune Disorders, Chronic Disease Management

FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS

EMR System: Cerner

Specialty Backup: Access to multi-specialty support within health system

Support Staff: Experienced clinical support staff

Leadership & Reporting Structure: Supported by physician and operations leadership

Reason for Opening: Growth

CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE

Board Requirements: BC/BE in Rheumatology

DEA & Certifications: DEA (as required)

Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Board Status: BC/BE in Rheumatology

State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply

Certifications: As required

Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians

Additional Requirements: Interest in developing and growing a practice with autonomy

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care

Diagnose and manage autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions

Develop individualized treatment plans for chronic conditions

Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
