Service Setting: Hospital / Outpatient Clinic / Ambulatory Surgery Center

Schedule: Full-Time (Schedule to be discussed)

On-Call Expectations: 1:4 Call Rotation

PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE

Patient Demographics: Adults

Admissions & Rounding: Included

Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes

Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Orthopedics, Upper Extremity, Surgical Orthopedics

FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS

EMR System: Cerner

Specialty Backup: Collaborative surgical and anesthesia support

Support Staff: Experienced nurses, surgical technicians, and clinical staff

Leadership & Reporting Structure: Physician-led multispecialty health system

Reason for Opening: Growth

CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE

Board Requirements: BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery

DEA & Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS (as required)

Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Board Status: BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery

State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply

Certifications: BLS, ACLS (as required)

Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced surgeons

Additional Requirements: Interest in upper extremity and general orthopedic procedures

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical care

Perform procedures in hospital and ambulatory surgery settings

Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care

Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
