Enterprise Medical Recruiting is partnering with a highly respected, physician-owned private practice in Tucson, Arizona, to recruit a Urologist. This is a high-growth opportunity with an immediate patient base, excellent surgical resources, and a clear path to partnership.

- No Hospital service call!
- Nurse practitioner joining the service in February 2026
- Adequate clinic space with procedure rooms already in place
- Operating room time in the Hospital
- New ambulatory surgery center under development
- Full access to Da Vinci and robotic platforms
- Opportunity to help shape service line growth
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation of $600,000
- $30,000 sign-on bonus
- Fellowship stipend available for trainees
- Relocation assistance
- Partnership option available

Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible urologist
- Open to general urology and subspecialty focus
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
