- π Deliver legendary care through custom medication management services.
- π₯ Prevent and overcome quality gaps and access-obstacles that often prevent patients from healing.
- π Educate patients on how our pharmacy services enhance care and improve outcomes.
- π Grow the specialty pharmacyβs patient population through proactive engagement.
- β Ensure medication adherence with outbound check-ups and refill coordination.
- π Answer, resolve, and triage inbound inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- πΌ Assist with insurance issues, prior authorizations, and financial assistance programs.
- π Participate in process improvement initiatives to elevate patient care.
- π Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
- π Manage data, document accurately, and support operational excellence.

π Experience & Education
- Licensure: State registration required; CPhT strongly preferred.
- Experience: Strong passion and focus on auditing β attentive to detail and accuracy; 2+ years required; 3β5 years preferred as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
π Preferred Specialties
Knowledge of transplant, hepatitis C, infectious disease (including HIV), and/or oncology is a plus!
