What You Will Be Doing
Join the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) as Principal, Player Research & Instruction, and help shape the future of golf performance under the direction of TPI’s Co-Founder. In this influential role, you’ll lead the TPI Golf Fitness Experience—working hands-on with elite players, golf influencers, and passionate amateurs to deliver personalized, data-driven development plans. You’ll capture and interpret advanced performance data using 3D motion capture, force plates, and physical screening, translating complex biomechanical insights into clear, actionable strategies. Collaborating closely with our Lead Sports Biomechanist, you’ll also contribute to global education by teaching in TPI’s certification programs, developing online content, and mentoring professionals worldwide. What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Member of PGA of America is a plus
Minimum 10+ years coaching amateurs and 5 years coaching professional players
A golf expert with deep knowledge of 3D Motion Capture Golf Swing Analysis, and Dual Force Plate Golf Swing Analysis
Must be TPI Level 3 Golf Certified and proficient in performing TPI Level 1 and Power Screens.
Preferred being recognized as a top teacher in golf i.e. Top 100 teaching professional by Golf Digest or Golf Magazine.
