How You'll Make an Impact

The Process Analyst plays a key role in business system optimization, managing process improvements, and supporting tools that drive success across teams, including Retail Planning, Allocations, and Location Planning. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact critical business decisions by optimizing systems and processes, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering innovative solutions.

This role typically reports to the Director of Retail Solutions and is based in our Atlanta office.

60%: PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PROCESS OPTIMIZATION Support

  • Partner with end-users through intake sessions to identify enhancement opportunities and analyze performance metrics.
  • Create detailed design requirements by working closely with end users and IT partners to lead development cycles.
  • Leverage analytics and proof-of-concept models to refine and shape designs, ensure upcoming development aligns with business objectives and delivers impactful solutions.
  • Support end-to-end testing processes, manage test cases, perform quality assurance testing, and track user acceptance testing.
  • Engage in system deployments, provide post-deployment support and coordinate training to ensure smooth adoption by users.
  • Manage project tracking tools to oversee development and testing, ensure efficient delivery of quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and documentation to optimize system performance and standardize end user processes.

40%: PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

  • Act as the primary point of contact for system functionality, coordinating resolution and ensuring smooth operations with IT and external vendors.
  • Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot system defects, and enable continuous workflow improvements.
  • Maintain a proactive problem-solving approach to deliver operational excellence and support business goals.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to scope feasibility and level of effort for proposed system enhancements.
  • Build business cases, balancing impact, and effort, to prioritize initiatives and guide roadmap planning.

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

MUST HAVE

  • 1-3 years of experience in like type roles such as Inventory Planning, Allocation, Business Analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, paired with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve common goals effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Experience with process improvement, including mapping workflows, supporting training, or contributing to system enhancements

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in Retail Planning or Inventory systems a plus
  • Experience with tools like Tableau or SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to identify trends, develop insights, and help guide business decisions.
  • Exposure to project management principles or Agile methodologies, with the ability to support structured workflows and iterative processes.
  • Naturally curious, eager to learn, and solution oriented.
