Job Summary

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Business Unit. You will manage Daily Management Systems (DMS), enhance equipment reliability, and promote digital transformation. You will analyze KPIs to prioritize improvements, lead problem-solving and small projects, develop employee capabilities, collaborate across functions, and oversee capital initiatives.

Position Responsibilities

  • Own Daily Management Systems (DMS) for the Business Unit, including creating and implementing standards
  • Use technical knowledge of equipment functionality to improve reliability of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Develop employee capabilities in systems, standards, and technical understanding
  • Foster a culture of technological transformation through the use and improvement of digital tools
  • Analyze data across Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives
  • Lead small groups in problem-solving activities using structured methodologies
  • Manage small projects independently using tools within the Conagra Performance System (CPS)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
  • Lead capital project initiatives for the Business Unit
  • Provide direct oversight, administer discipline, and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across teams
  • Perform other duties as required


Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerBI, PowerApps, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing systems and equipment
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills

Compensation:

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
