Job Title: Product & Service Analyst (PSA)

The Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting business development efforts in a fastpaced, dynamic environment. As a Product & Service Analyst, you will contribute directly to the retention and acquisition of Workplace Investing clients by supporting sales activity across the portfolio.
You will focus primarily on fee benchmarking, blind RFIs/RFPs, and Student Debt analysis, while also supporting additional products and initiatives as needed to win and retain clients and pursuits. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver highquality outputs that support sales and retention outcomes.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry and/or sales process support
Defined contribution administration knowledge required; additional product knowledge preferred
Required licensing: Series 7 and 63 (must be obtained in role)
Minimal travel required (less than 5%)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables
Proven project management, organization, and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners at all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently while contributing to a teamoriented environment
Creative problemsolving skills and continuous improvement mindset
Analyze sales activity requirements in partnership with deal team members
Manage processes supporting new and existing sales activities, including data collection, response development, coordination with business partners, meetings, timelines, and deliverables
Support the development of sales and presentation collateral, particularly for emerging products
Perform client data analysis to support retention and new sales efforts
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work to meet client and prospect needs
Maintain and enhance proposal responses and databases to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency
The Team
The Product & Service Analyst role is part of the Sales Optimization, Acceleration, and Retention (SOAR) group within Workplace Investing Sales. The SOAR team partners closely with Retention and Sales Account Executives to support both existing and prospective clients across all market segments.
This team plays a critical role in retaining and winning business by delivering highquality sales process support, insights, and analysis across all Workplace Investing products.
The base salary range for this position is $69,000 - $90,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
