Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Coordinates and conducts in-services for clinical staff prior to evaluation.
- Provides on-site clinical support to accounts during the product evaluation process.
- Supports sales representatives with evaluations.
- Maintains an accurate record of case coverage and survey reports.
- Communicates with Traffic/Distribution team on deliveries and pick-ups.
- Works with Product Management to develop quality education/in-service materials.
- Provides ongoing clinical support to sales force.
- Participate in trade shows and convention activities as required.
- Vendor Credentials must be kept up to date.
Expertise: Knowledge & Skills
- Requires advanced knowledge of professional field and industry. Influences the development of and drives the application of principles, theories, concepts. Determines best course of action.
- Work under minimal supervision. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals. May periodically assist in orienting, training, and/or reviewing the work of peers.
- Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
- Interacts with internal and/or external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations. May consult with senior management.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 02-04 years related experience required.
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred
