Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Coordinates and conducts in-services for clinical staff prior to evaluation.
  • Provides on-site clinical support to accounts during the product evaluation process.
  • Supports sales representatives with evaluations.
  • Maintains an accurate record of case coverage and survey reports.
  • Communicates with Traffic/Distribution team on deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Works with Product Management to develop quality education/in-service materials.
  • Provides ongoing clinical support to sales force.
  • Participate in trade shows and convention activities as required.
  • Vendor Credentials must be kept up to date.

  • Requires advanced knowledge of professional field and industry. Influences the development of and drives the application of principles, theories, concepts. Determines best course of action.
  • Work under minimal supervision. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals. May periodically assist in orienting, training, and/or reviewing the work of peers.
  • Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
  • Interacts with internal and/or external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations. May consult with senior management.

$103,299 -$129,124

Qualifications

Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 02-04 years related experience required.
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Applicable industry/professional certification preferred
