Production Coordinator II REMOTE

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Production Coordinator with video editing experience to join their team on a remote basis. This organized multi-tasker will help traffic and manage the flow of content deliverables through all phases of development and production - from inception to delivery for the TV Production and Development team. Our Ideal candidate is extremely organized and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role 

-Maintain multiple department databases, including master database of pitches, proof of concepts, and pilots, tracking all major dates and milestones. 

 -Assist producers and associate producers with ongoing communication with production companies to ensure the most accurate production information such as production schedule, shoot locations, episode descriptions and titles, credits, scripts, graphics, etc. 

-Assist Producers with coordination and communication with other departments including requests for footage/assets requests, schedules, digital assets, marketing materials and any other department needs. 

-Create PowerPoint presentations, organize and pull clips from shows for various meetings. 

-Assist in tracking of production contracts, overages, and approvals

- Partner with the digital team to help coordinate shared talent, pitches, and content while also helping to obtain programming/series assets to be shared 

-Field requests from production companies and individuals seeking to pitch ideas and talent to the network. 

-Create, gather, update, distribute, and maintain weekly/monthly production and development documents. 

-Coordinate department calendars, meetings, and conference calls with support to the VP of Development and Sr Director of Production. This may also include booking catering, gathering and organizing materials, running video and taking notes. 

-Request media assets when needed. 

-Coordinate/Organize/Acquire/Gather/Distribute needed assets to internal and external producers. " Take meeting notes and help create meeting agendas. 

-Manage incoming project requests and work with executive team to assign projects to producers, freelance producers and production partners. 

-Perform competitive network and content research. 

Must Have Skills / Requirements 

1) 1 - 2 years of experience at either a Network or Entertainment Company 

2) MO365 experience. 

3) Project Management Experience
