Job Summary
This role works under direct supervision of leadership and is responsible for the work performed in the assigned area. It assists in coordinating and directing workflow, providing relief, and holding the team accountable for their work. Leads must perform all duties required in their area and support the training and integration of team members. Responsibilities may include delegating tasks to production team members, monitoring productivity, and operating production equipment to ensure proper output and quality standards. The role also involves executing daily priorities to meet production work orders, sample orders, raw material transfers, and shipping finished products.Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
MANUFACTURING:
· Check product quality and paperwork throughout manufacturing process; ensure that Device History Records (DHR) are complete and correct.
· Track production numbers.
· Ensure lot under quarantine are properly segregated and identified during the Manufacturing process.
· Assign and monitor work, project and implement productivity standards.
· Resolve operational issues; assist with the implementation of new training and manufacturing procedures on the production floor.
· Problem-solving and implement solutions.
· Maintain good tracking of Raw Material (RM) usage during production and RM inventory in SAGE system.
· Complete Labor and Production transactions in SAGE.
SUPERVISION
· Plan, organize, direct, and control both workflow and employee activities.
· Assist in setting performance goals.
· Orient and train employees.
· Ensure employees are following SOPs on the production floor.
· Implement and enforce Safety policies.
MAINTAIN SAFE AND HEALTHY WORK ENVIRONMENT
· Enforce organization and OSHA standards and adhere to legal regulations.
CONTROL EXPENSES
· Reduce waste, scrap and implement corrective actions.
· Inform new cost reduction ideas to upper management.
QUALITY
· Enforce quality standards, GMP standards, and ensure continuous improvement
CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM EFFORT
· Manage shift changeovers, projects, and other mutual goals

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$27.50 - $38.50 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
