A #remote contractor-position for a Program Manager is open at CSAA Insurance Group! 
 
CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, offers automobile, homeowners and other personal lines of insurance to AAA Members through AAA clubs in 23 states and the District of Columbia.

Role Summary
The Contingent Program Management Support Specialist provides temporary operational and program coordination across Community Impact and Inclusion & Belonging initiatives. This role supports program management, communications, and administrative functions that sustain engagement, drive execution, and ensure seamless delivery of activities during the transition period.
 
The Specialist works collaboratively with team members, employee resource groups (ERGs), nonprofit partners, and internal stakeholders to maintain program momentum, manage logistics, and track outcomes that advance CSAA Insurance Group's commitments to inclusion, belonging, and community impact.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Program & Operational Support
• Provide coordination support for inclusion, belonging, and community impact programs and events.
• Assist with program planning, tracking, and reporting; monitor timelines and deliverables.
• Support the wrap-up and ongoing activities related to initiatives like IG's Got Impact and the Volunteer Engagement Plan.
• Manage operational tools including Benevity, Goodera, SharePoint, and program dashboards.
• Process grant payments, volunteer hour approvals, and related invoices.
• Communications & Engagement
• Draft internal and external communications such as appreciation messages, event invitations, impact stories, and volunteer logging reminders.
• Coordinate and prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for ERG and community meetings.
• Support updates to internal communication channels (SharePoint sites, newsletters, etc.).
• Help document and share program outcomes and success stories.
• Stakeholder Coordination
• Schedule and support calls and engagement with nonprofit and community partners.
• Partner with Inclusion and Community Impact leads to manage ERG logistics and collaboration.
• Assist with Points of Light, Benevity, and Goodera data collection and reporting.
• Provide tracking support for culture and inclusion groups, ensuring consistent follow-up.
• Data & Reporting
• Compile, organize, and summarize survey data and volunteer metrics into templates and dashboards.
• Support program evaluation and continuous improvement efforts by maintaining documentation and identifying areas for enhancement.

Qualifications

• Required
• 3+ years of experience in program coordination or project management (community impact, inclusion, HR, or nonprofit programs preferred).
• Demonstrated organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Benevity, SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Goodera a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, track details accurately, and meet deadlines.
• Strong writing and content-creation skills with attention to inclusive language and engagement tone.
• Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience supporting inclusion, belonging, or employee engagement programs.
• Knowledge of community relations, grant management, or corporate social responsibility practices.
