Responsibilities*
Assist with the day-to-day program operations within the department. Work with a mentor on organizational, security, software, machine learning or research related projects. Able to analyze and think independently on new and creative solution to a problem. Able to research for out-of-the-box solution and experience working with dataset are desirable. Project complexity will depend on candidate qualification.
- Contribute to ongoing projects by conducting research, preparing project documentation, and tracking progress.
- Prepare reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Document current-state processes and propose future-state solutions.
- Explore opportunities for technology integration to streamline operations.
Supervision Received: Direct supervision is received from IT Project Senior Manager
Required Qualifications*
- Current enrollment or recent graduate in a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Interest in healthcare and analytics.
Desired Qualifications*
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, terminology, or regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. waterfall, agile)
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, web apps, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence
- Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
Modes of Work
