Job Description

Position Summary

The Project Administrator, Construction plays an important role in the organization by performing several activities related to the company’s Construction function. The role is primarily responsible to ensure that all projects within the UT3 Alpine Construction branch are tracked and completed.

Essential Functions

  • Create and manage the Builder LO program to ensure the highest capture rate for our LO's that work with builders
  • Create, manage, accountability and execution with reporting
  • Work closely with third-party project reviewers (e.g., Zonda Enterprise)
  • Work closely with National Builder Manager to manage projects
  • Create new efficiencies within the UT3 Alpine Construction department
  • Create better risk management reporting
  • Ensure all other departments are in sync with the Builder Program

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, required
Experience: Minimum one year experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications required.

Physical Demands

Physical Demands: Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.
Manual Dexterity: Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Audio/Visual: Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish and interpret information received visually and through audio; e.g., words, numbers and other data broadcasted aloud/viewed on a screen, as well as print and other media.
Environment: Office environment – moderate noise, no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
Travel: 5% or less
Mental: Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow.
Schedules: Work is primarily performed during the business week, Monday - Friday
