Project Coordinator
Position Overview
One of our financial clients is looking for a Project & Production Administrator, in this role, you'll keep projects on track, manage website content, coordinate timelines, and ensure smooth communication between teams and stakeholders.
This will be a hybrid position in Detroit, MI that will start within the next few weeks and go through mid year 2026 with the possibility to extend. This is a freelance role the will be around 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Aid with updating and maintaining website content.
- Support creation of proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring effective task management and scheduling.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial resources are utilized efficiently.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and presentations to keep all parties informed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong skills in budget management and financial tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
