Job Description

Our financial services client is looking for a Project Manager an 18-month role (40 hrs/week). Candidates must be able to work onsite 3 days/week in Omaha, NE (can work from home on the remaining days). 

The position is responsible for:

  • Project Management: Lead the end-to-end management of multiple strategic projects.
  • Program Analysis: Ability to evaluate and analyze plans to understand programs needs, challenges, and opportunities. Expectation to be able to identify problems, propose solutions, and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop clear and compelling communication materials, including PowerPoint presentations, tailored to various meeting forums and cross-functional working groups. Effectively convey project objectives, progress, and outcomes to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment and understanding across stakeholders.
  • Executive Presentation: Develop executive level leadership updates that summarize the objectives, progress, and concepts of the program.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience managing large-scale projects in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
