Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager (Video Production) to support our financial services client's internal studio team. This position will begin January 2026 through June 2026 with extension possible.
The ideal candidate has a breadth of video production and project management experience, the ability to get up to speed quickly, and facilitate with stakeholders across the organization.
This role will require you to be onsite approximately three days per week. The team is onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, however, there is flexibility should onsite requirements for shoots occur on Mondays and/or Fridays. Equipment will be provided for you.
Requirements:
o 7-10 years experience with Video Production and Project Management support coming from either an agency or in house studio team
o Ability to wear multiple hats, high communication and organizational skills, and ability to work within unknowns
o Experience working with engineers, creatives, teleprompter operators, and senior level stakeholders
Responsibilities:
o Ability to work on a range of lighter to more complex projects volume is expected to be 2-3 lighter lift shoots per week with 3-4 larger projects per month
o Facilitation between internal stakeholders and resources from pre-production through post-production
o Sample projects include, but are not limited to: Zoom video productions: Working with engineers, teleprompter operators, and internal talent to ensure a complete production
In-Studio productions: Brief and script management (not inclusive of scriptwriting), coordinating schedules with studio teams and internal stakeholders, working with engineers and teleprompter operators, and working with internal or external agency team to facilitate approved post-production deliverables
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
