Track and report change-related RAID items (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and follow up with owners on mitigation and closure.
Support preparation and facilitation of change forums (change champion meetings, readiness reviews, leadership updates, hypercare stand‑ups); capture minutes and action items and ensure timely follow‑up.
Maintain clean, auditable documentation of change artifacts (impact logs, comms, training records, attendance, feedback, decisions) in the agreed project repositories (Teams, SharePoint, Box, Jira, etc.).
Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
