Job Description
As a Property & Asset Management Analyst, you will review and update records in the property database, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. You will help prepare periodic and special reports on property and material reviews, physical inventory planning, contract annual government property records (AGPR), PIEE GFP module status and other reports. You will engage with internal and external customers, including government regulatory agencies.
This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
Your Role and Impact:
• Coordinate and collaborate property surveillance reviews and annual physical inventories at supplier and subcontractor sites
• Collaborate with Buyers, Subcontracts Administrators and Program and Functional area Property Focal Points (PFPs) to ensure accountability of assets are maintained
• Lead Property Management System Analysis (PMSA) reviews, Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews, Mission Assurance audits and AS9100 audits
• Assist program management in the planning and execution of the property management life cycle
• Maintain property accountability records, determining condition of assets and arranging disposal of surplus or obsolete material
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 3 years of professional experience - OR - PhD with 1 year of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
• Experience with MS Office, including MS Excel
• Property and asset management experience
• Ability to travel, up to 25% of the time, as needed per business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
• Government property and asset management experience
• SAP experience
• Aerospace or Defense industry experience
• Experience with federal regulations, FAR 52-245-1 and DFAR
• National Property Management Association certification (NPMA - CPPS, NPMA - CPPA, NPMA-CPPM)
• Experience in Wide Area Workflow, including PIEE (Procurement Integration Enterprise Environment)
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to drive box truck and forklift
• Must be willing to become forklift certified

Primary Level Salary Range: $81,800.00 - $122,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
