Responsible for managing the daily operations of a testing team with a moderate level of complexity and risk, and limited scope. Makes decisions regarding workflow, preparation of procedures, and timely delivery of services and oversees the quality of delivery striving to exceed standards. Contributes as a key player in overall applications/systems project changes which impact the function.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of quality analysts and testers working to identify opportunities for improvement in quality and productivity for the line of business.
- Develop, implement and manage new quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to quality and risk standards with all related requirements, increase productivity and reduce cost.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for business initiatives which directly impact quality.
- Participate in pilot testing and assessments of the addition of new products and process changes.
- Demonstrate a positive organized, efficient, detail-oriented and creative mindset in all work activities.
- This position may require teammates to telecommute. When telecommuting is required, a telecommuting agreement will be leveraged to define work arrangements with management. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

In office 4 days a week/1 day remote
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent education and related training preferred or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of zero to two years in a management role Five years of mortgage experience, quality oversight/assurance/control, mortgage servicing operations, risk management and/or regulatory compliance, process improvement experience specific to the functional area of position
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications, MSP, and Microsoft Office software products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Excellent analytic capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills
- Demonstrate ability to develop partnerships, persuade and negotiate solutions, and lead and coach others.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six years of mortgage experience, quality oversight/assurance/control, mortgage servicing operations, risk management and/or regulatory compliance, process improvement experience specific to the functional area of position
- Four years of experience in a management role Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certifications Depending on function being supported 3 years of experience working with Regulation B, E and Z, and UDAP or commercial lending or mortgage operations and systems (e.g. Compass, ACAPS, elder, LEAD) or VOC program management is preferred
