Job Summary

Conagra Brands - Indianapolis, home of Reddi Whip and Blue Bonnet, is looking to add to our team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will work onsite at the Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant on West 62nd St., primarily on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will manage both routine and non-routine tests on in-process samples, finished product, ingredients, and manufacturing supplies to determine the quality and acceptability of each material. Store and evaluate samples in compliance with the sample retain program. Maintain appropriate records of analyses and informing supervisory and production personnel of any non- conforming product, in processing material and ingredients.

You Will:

Conduct tests to ensure compliance with Company product specifications.
Perform bench-work and micro analysis according to SOPs and standard methods.
Prepare and maintain microbiological laboratory testing reagents and equipment.
Input data into computer to maintain a permanent record of all finished analyses, out-of-specification report, and end of the month report.
Compare test results with current specifications and advises supervisory and production personnel of problems and out-of-code situations, making recommendations as to cause and resolution of problem.
Work with production on solution to problems, including audit of quality performance by operators.

You Have:

High school diploma or GED
2 years related work experience.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$42,000-$55,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
