Job Description
Group Director, AEP Consulting - fully remote 20 hours per week starting mid September
**W2 only**
This is NOT a Developer or Engineer role
Lead enterprise digital transformation through Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Oversee strategy, delivery, and innovation across AEP services, guiding clients in leveraging data, AI, and automation for personalized experiences. Manage a high-performing team of AEP experts, drive business development, and maintain senior client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead AEP consulting strategy and delivery.
Serve as senior advisor for major AEP implementations.
Mentor and grow AEP architects and consultants.
Drive business development and partner with Adobe teams.
Establish best practices and quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in business or tech field.
10+ years in digital marketing/tech consulting; 4+ years with Adobe Experience Cloud.
Proven success with enterprise AEP implementations.
Expertise in Real-Time CDP, Journey Analytics, and Journey Optimizer.
Experience leading technical teams.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree.
Advanced martech certifications.
P&L ownership over $5M.
Industry thought leadership.
Experience launching new services.
Strong C-suite and partner network.
Offshore/nearshore team management.
