Whether you are selling the perfect superhero cape or launching a guest on a high-flying attraction, you are at the heart of the Darien Lake experience.
Responsibilities:
- Memorable Sales: Drive excitement by selling candy, apparel, and souvenirs. You'll maintain a "picture-perfect" shop by restocking treasures and keeping displays sharp.
- Adventure Coordination: Oversee the daily operations of specialized rental and attraction locations, including the Skycoaster, Scooterpals, and Lazy River tube rentals.
- Transaction Excellence: Master the art sales and point-of-sale systems while processing park purchases and rental fees accurately and efficiently.
- Safety & Care: Act as a safety ambassador. You will ensure all rental equipment is in top shape and that guests are properly prepared for high-thrill attractions where safety is the priority.
- Guest Service: Act as a one-stop shop for guest questions, providing helpful directions and a friendly smile to every visitor.
Qualifications:
