Who You'll Work With:
As a DCIO Retirement Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be supporting and driving sales through Retirement Specialist Advisors/Consultants and Recordkeepers in your territory. You will work daily to help provide valuable market and retirement insights, and investment product solutions to retirement specialist advisors and their firms. In your role you will be an important part of the AllianceBernstein U.S. Retail Retirement distribution team and will be responsible for driving new business, retaining assets and growing market share.
What You'll Do:
Outstanding communication, negotiation, decision making and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to stay organized, be resourceful, and prioritize ongoing sales opportunities
Ability to represent multiple investment product offerings
Excellent interpersonal skills that translate into a positive client experience
Passion for sales and the ability to uncover and qualify new opportunities

Effective consultative sales and presentation skills
Consulting on a wide range of AllianceBernstein products, investment perspectives, and financial markets to assist our clients in their investing goals.
Collaborating with external partner on how to service these professionals and create more opportunities for us to partner with them going forward.

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Series 7 and 63 required
Passion for the financial or investment management industry
