Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with a strong focus on Salesforce - Health Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that leverage Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities to meet the needs of our clients in the healthcare sector. This role requires a deep understanding of both architectural principles and the specific functionalities of Salesforce Health Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable architecture solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud to enhance client operations and patient engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct system architecture assessments and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
• Support the integration of Salesforce Health Cloud with other systems and platforms as needed.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Proficient in Salesforce architecture and design principles.
• Experience with data modeling, integration, and API management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other Salesforce products and services.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with patient management systems.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
• Certifications related to Salesforce Health Cloud or Salesforce architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Salesforce, particularly in Health Cloud, are highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a solution architect role.
