Sanitation Supervisor

  • Shift: Full Time, 1st Shift (Sunday - Thursday: 4am - 12pm)

  • Salary: $75,582 - 94,447 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists with completion of and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and develops sanitation standard operation procedures

  • Developing work schedules, measuring performance, and monitoring historical trends is a responsibility of the Sanitation Supervisor

  • The Sanitation Supervisors conducts safety training on company Management System Procedures and work instructions to comply with OSHA regulations

  • Maintain all pertinent records, reports and paperwork as needed partnered with production and maintenance resources to meet plant objectives as the Sanitation Supervisor

  • Develop Sanitation Standard Operational Procedures (SSOP) according to federal regulations for all sanitation activities

  • Maintain GMP provisions and monitor team member practices that relate to cleanliness, sanitation, and pest control

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5 plus years of specific experience and 2 plus years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree
