Position Responsibilities:
Assists with completion of and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and develops sanitation standard operation procedures
Developing work schedules, measuring performance, and monitoring historical trends is a responsibility of the Sanitation Supervisor
The Sanitation Supervisors conducts safety training on company Management System Procedures and work instructions to comply with OSHA regulations
Maintain all pertinent records, reports and paperwork as needed partnered with production and maintenance resources to meet plant objectives as the Sanitation Supervisor
Develop Sanitation Standard Operational Procedures (SSOP) according to federal regulations for all sanitation activities
Maintain GMP provisions and monitor team member practices that relate to cleanliness, sanitation, and pest control
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with 2 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5 plus years of specific experience and 2 plus years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree
