Job Description
Conagra Brands - Indianapolis, is looking to add to our sanitation team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work onsite at the Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant on West 62nd St. and report to the Sanitation Team Lead.
Shifts Available:
Sunday, Monday and Tuesday night shift (6:15 pm - 6:45 am)
Compensation:
$26.23/hour
You Will:
Provide a professional, high standard of leadership to the team(s) within their span of responsibility that ultimately supports a positive level of engagement and inclusivity.
Assist the supervisor in the daily operations of the sanitation department and aid in supporting daily operation including the coordinating of overtime and daily task completion.
Support all plant policies and rules of both the department and plant.
Serves as a sanitor-trainer: coaching and overseeing the training of new sanitors and providing refresher training/assisting existing sanitors.
Provide direction to hourly employees, training and provide feedback on performance
Track and validate monthly training is completed for team members and self.
You Have:
2+ years' experience in sanitation, production equipment, and operations.
Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds.
