Responsibilities
- Financial reporting and analysis: Collaborate with the Global Finance Team to prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial results. This includes preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, analyzing monthly results, and providing reports and financial models to empower senior management to understand key business drivers and make informed business decisions.
- Data presentation and analytics: Utilize financial and operational data to analyses that provide clear, actionable insights. Develop presentations that tell the story behind the numbers, enabling stakeholders to understand trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Planning and forecasting: Partner with staff and management across the organization to create the annual expense plan and quarterly forecast updates that provide visibility into changes in business operations or financial results.
- Process Improvement: Work closely with the Global Finance Team to standardize, automate and optimize recurring processes and data collection activities. Establish best practices to reduce manual inputs, improve efficiency, and optimize technology use.
- Operational Support: Support the Finance team with the review of complex customer pricing arrangements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, review and communicate financial results and business drivers
- Creative problem solving and presentation skills
- Experience with ERP Systems
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Previous work experience in a multi-national software or cloud-based company
- Active CPA or CA license preferred
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
- Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.
