National Grid is hiring a Senior Analyst for our Meter & Field Deployment department as part of the AMI Delivery in Massachusetts. This hybrid role can be based in Waltham, Worcester or Northboro, MA.

The Role

The Senior Analyst is responsible for managing the detailed route release and overseeing the day-to-day details of customer meter installations.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and oversee detailed route release plans and predictive models for customer meter installations
  • Handle daily management of customer installation details
  • Resolve deployment-related issues and work order exceptions that could impact service delivery
  • Manage deployment forecasts and communicate updates accordingly to ensure work plans meet deployment goals
  • Resolve exceptions and deployment-related issues in work order creation files that impact service delivery
  • Work with IT stakeholders to address long-term planning file data issues through the snow ticket process and follow-up meetings

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required
  • 5+ years of analytical experience required
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects required
  • Demonstrated skills in the use of relevant software, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
  • Advanced Excel skills strongly preferred.
  • Proven analytical capabilities and attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and the ability to organize information (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
  • Consistently deliver high-quality outputs on time, ensuring data integrity and reliability
  • Valid driver's license required

Salary

$107,000 - $120,000 a year

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
