Senior Art Director (Financial Services)
Job Description
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Senior Art Director to join their in-house creative agency team. This role requires a seasoned designer who can deliver premium, brand-aligned creative across both print and digital channels while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Print (50%): brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
Digital (50%): social media graphics, email campaigns, and other digital assets.
Handle 20-25 projects per month, varying in complexity.
Ensure all creative adheres to established brand guidelines and maintains a premium, clean aesthetic.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and high-level clients to deliver bespoke creative solutions.
Use Workfront for project management and workflow tracking.
What We're Looking For:
Strong background designing for services brands and navigating complex brand hierarchies.
Skilled in balancing local provider branding with enterprise-level standards.
Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Portfolio: Demonstrates premium branding and clean design across print and digital.
Bonus: Familiarity with financial services industry (not required).
Soft Skills:
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Service-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
Open to feedback and willing to explore new approaches.
Strong ability to manage deadlines independently.
