Role Overview:
The Talent & Performance Lead is the enterprise owner of New York Life's core talent management processes and is a key architect of how talent is evaluated, developed, and differentiated. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure new processes and tools land successfully and deliver maximum business value. Given the team's focus on innovation, you will also identify and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve usability, increase adoption, and generate deeper talent insights. This role is ideal for a builder/operator/strategist energized by creating systems and processes that scale.

Drive Adoption, Change, and Enterprise Alignment
- Develop and execute change management strategies that prepare and support leaders, HRBPs, and employees in adopting new approaches and tools.
- Ensure strong enterprise alignment by partnering across HR COEs and creating clear, compelling executive briefing materials.
Support broader Talent Management initiatives to help drive the full enterprise talent agenda
- Manage complex, multi-workstream efforts with discipline, organization, and strong operational planning.
- Deliver high-quality, accurate materials under tight timelines, while contributing to broader talent management priorities including skills strategy, workforce planning, career development, and employee experience.
What You'll Bring:
