Job Description

Our client, a leading healthcare organization is seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join its growing team. This is a hybrid (2-3 days), full-time (direct hire) position. This role is pivotal in advancing data-driven marketing strategies, optimizing digital performance, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives in data. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.

Senior Digital Marketing Analyst Responsibilities: 
- Develops and refines digital marketing strategies to improve patient experience, drive ROI, and increase conversion across digital channels.
- Builds, validates, and maintains dashboards and reports that measure campaign performance, content engagement, and downstream patient activity.
- Ensures alignment across teams on campaign goals, KPIs, and ROI tracking for every marketing investment.
- Leads the tagging, tracking, and reporting of digital campaigns, ensuring accurate attribution and actionable insights.
- Partners with analytics and marketing teams to deliver tailored and ad-hoc reports that support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support personalization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Applies a strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare-specific digital marketing practices.
- Supports major digital projects, including the redesign of websites, with a focus on data-driven UX improvements.
- Advocates for and embraces AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance reporting and campaign optimization.
- Governs digital content taxonomy and ensures consistency across platforms and teams.


Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a digital marketing analytics role or similar position. 
- Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) hands-on experience is essential.
- Strong background in data architecture, schema design, and marketing analytics.
- Experience developing dashboards, validating reports, and interpreting complex data sets.
- Familiarity with digital campaign tracking, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance; experience in healthcare systems and understanding of HIPAA compliance preferred. 
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics (AA), and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience creating user stories and mapping digital customer journeys.
- Comfort working with AI tools and contributing to AI-driven marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.

This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
