Our social impact organization client is looking for Senior Digital Producer/Project Manager with strong CMS experience to join their team for at least 2 years. Hybrid 2 days/week in Seattle/Kirkland.
This Senior Digital Producer/Project Manager will be:
- Serve as the CMS producer for web and email, handling updates and issues
- Coordinating vendor work plans, internal reviews, and collaborate with technology teams
- Manage asset uploads in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
- Managing content creation, design, development, and launch of owned platforms
- Ensure consistent implementation of content strategy and brand messaging
- Overseeing platform enhancements from design validation to testing and approval
- Lead the editorial calendar, coordinating with teams and external contributors
- Identify and publish timely, relevant content aligned with priority areas
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive audience engagement and awareness
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors for platform support and asset development
- Measure campaign and content performance, reporting progress against goals
- Handle requests, vet opportunities, and manage workflows in AirTable and Salesforce
Senior Digital Producer/Project Manager Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years working in CMS' especially Sitecore in web production, content management systems, and email management
- Expertise in editing and leading web platforms, including content management and oversight and in SEO/SEM best practices and methodologies
- Working cross-functionally internally and with vendors, bridging the gap between technical and non technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
- Proven project management, execution, and problem-solving skills
