The Senior Email Marketing Partner owns and executes comprehensive email marketing strategies across the entire prospect-to-customer lifecycle. This role designs and delivers engaging end-to-end email journeys, leveraging segmentation and personalization to drive pipeline growth and customer conversion. Collaborating closely with content, product marketing, and demand generation teams, the Senior Email Marketing Partner ensures campaign messaging is clear, brand-aligned, and optimized based on performance data.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes targeted email campaigns designed to engage prospects at multiple stages of the funnel and nurture them toward demo requests or sales conversations.
  • Designs end-to-end email journeys, creating seamless experiences that guide users from initial engagement through conversion milestones.
  • Writes and optimizes high-converting emails and CTAs with compelling messaging aligned to brand voice and product value propositions.
  • Segments audiences and leverages advanced personalization strategies to deliver relevant content that maximizes engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and demand generation teams to develop supporting assets and maintain cross-channel consistency.
  • Tests, analyzes, and iterates on campaign elements based on KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and pipeline impact.
  • Defines success metrics for email programs, tracks performance, and reports actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Stays current on email marketing best practices, deliverability standards, and emerging trends to ensure compliance and campaign effectiveness.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required
  • 5+ years of related experience, required.
  • 9+ years of related experience, preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lifecycle email marketing, with deep understanding of funnel progression and multi-stage nurture campaigns.
  • Advanced copywriting and message optimization skills, with experience in crafting clear, persuasive emails and CTAs that drive action.
  • Strong ability to segment audiences and apply personalization tactics using marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficient in email campaign testing methodologies, analytics, and data-driven optimization to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently while adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of email deliverability best practices, compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and industry standards.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of evolving email marketing trends and technologies.
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.

Pay Transparency

The base salary for this position is $76,000- $102,000 per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
