Senior Environmental Health and Safety Manager
Job Description
The Senior EH&S Manager is responsible for leading and managing safety and environmental compliance programs at the Neosho facility. This role ensures regulatory compliance, drives a proactive safety culture, and supports continuous improvement in workplace safety and environment stewardship.
Responsibilities:
20%
Training & Compliance Systems: Oversee EH&S training and compliance tracking, develop and deliver safety programs. Participate and lead site inspections.

Incident Management & Reporting: Investigate incidents, create reports, analyze statistics using AI for data-driven improvements.
20%
Safety Engagement & Culture: Conduct safety meetings, manage safety committee, employee engagement, and recognition systems.
20%
Environmental Compliance: Oversee stormwater, outfalls, TRI reporting, and environmental documentation.
20%
Operational Oversight: Manage forklift training, lockout/tagout, Fit For Work, invoice approvals and contractor ISN updates.
Required Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
High School/GED
3-5 years EH&S experience in manufacturing/industrial setting or relevant experience
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and regulatory frameworks
Experience with safety training, incident investigation, and compliance systems
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience with AI/data analysis is a plus
Essential Functions:
Physical demands, Work environment, etc
Ability to work in a plant environment including standing, walking, with moderate noise.
Conduct inspections in various facility areas.
Occasional lifting of materials up to 50 lbs.
Shift: 1st Shift
Salary: $79,200 - $118,800
In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges
